Admission Procedure

  • Parents seeking admission to First for their ward should carefully read the following before filling up the registration form.
  • Boys and Girls are eligible for Admission in Day Scholar Category from Nursery to Class X in academic session 2013-14. The classes will be gradually increased up to Class XII.
  • Children must fulfil the minimum age requirement as on 1st July of the year in which
    ADMISSION IS SOUGHT :
    • Play SchoolNursery 2.5 Years
    • LKG 3 Years
    • UKG 4 Years
    • Class 1 5 Years & so on

  • Prospectus & Registration form will be issued for current session.
  • Prospectus & Registration form will be issued to the availability of seats in a particular class.
  • Registration form, provided along with the Prospectus, must be completed in all respects before submission.
    The LKG 3 Years
  • Dates for Interation will be communicated at the time of obtaining the Prospectus or at the time of Registration.
  • Student must appear for the Interaction on the specified date otherwise registration will be treated as cancelled.
  • Registration does not in any way ensure admission.
  • The decision of the Principal will be final for the admission after conducting the admission test.
    List of selected candidates will be dispalyed on the Notice board. Parents may also enquire on phone.
  • Fee has to be deposited within stipulated period, failing which, eligibility for admission will be treated as cancelled.
  • The following documents are to be submitted along with fee / before jioing the school.
    Nursery and Class I :
    • Photocopy of Birth Certificate ( attested by Gazetted Officer)
    Class II : Onwards :
    • Original Transfer Certificate(TC) of pervious school (The certificates should be counter Signed by D.E.O. / Regional CBSE Officer in accordance with the class in which admitted)
    • Photocopy of Mark-sheet of Previous Class.

Rules & Regulations for Fee

Due dates for fee payment
1st Term by admission
2nd Term by 15th October
3rd Term by 25th December

Late Fee

For Any fees paid after the due date, a fine of Rs 10/- per day is chargeable.

Mode of Payment

  • Cash : Cash payment can be made only to the cashier in school. Proper receipt should be obtained for any payments made.
  • DD / Cheque : DD / Cheque should be drawn in favour of First Steps International School , and in case of DD, payable at Morena. In case of any payments made contrary to these instructions, the school management will not be responsible.

Refund of Fee

Normally fee is non-refundable. In cases only, a proportionate fee can be refunded as per CBSE rules on submission of satisfactory documentary proof. Prospectus , Enrollment, Registration & Activity fee will not be refundable at any cost.

Payment of School

Except for the routine payment & charges indicated above, no additional payments should be made without a circular or prior intimation from the Principal.

Note

  • At the time of admission the payment to be made by Cash / D.D. are Admission fee, Pocket money, 1st Term Fee / Charges Comprising of Tuition Fee, Activity Charges, Computer Charges (as applicable).
  • Tuition Fee & Transport fee are bring charged for 10 months in 3 terms and all other Charges like Activity Charges & Computer Charges are being charged for 10 months in installment.

Withdrawls

1. Request for withdrawal of student /ward should be submitted in the prescribed from available at the school office.

2. The form must be completed in all respects and should be duly signed by the parents / guardians.

3. T.C. will be dispatched by post only at the address mentioned in the application form subjected to clearance of all dues.

Note : For convenience of parents, more than one term fee a time is acceptable.

Clothing & Other Requirements

List of clothing and other items is given is given in the uniform list. The items should not be sent later as this causes inconvenience to the hostel authorities. All clothing items should be embroidered tagged with the name of the pupil to the hostel.it is only right to expect that clothing items will were out. These must be replaced befire the students return to school after vacation. In any case if a resident student Dose not have his uniforms or casual wear of the correct design or colour,or if the number of items of clothing,linen etc.is insufficient,it will be procured by the school and the amount will be deducted from his pocket money.
