Due dates for fee payment
1st Term by admission
2nd Term by 15th October
3rd Term by 25th December
For Any fees paid after the due date, a fine of Rs 10/- per day is chargeable.
Normally fee is non-refundable. In cases only, a proportionate fee can be refunded as per CBSE rules on submission of satisfactory documentary proof. Prospectus , Enrollment, Registration & Activity fee will not be refundable at any cost.
Except for the routine payment & charges indicated above, no additional payments should be made without a circular or prior intimation from the Principal.
1. Request for withdrawal of student /ward should be submitted in the prescribed from available at the school office.
2. The form must be completed in all respects and should be duly signed by the parents / guardians.
3. T.C. will be dispatched by post only at the address mentioned in the application form subjected to clearance of all dues.
Note : For convenience of parents, more than one term fee a time is acceptable.
List of clothing and other items is given is given in the uniform list. The items should not be sent later as this causes inconvenience to the hostel authorities. All clothing items should be embroidered tagged with the name of the pupil to the hostel.it is only right to expect that clothing items will were out. These must be replaced befire the students return to school after vacation. In any case if a resident student Dose not have his uniforms or casual wear of the correct design or colour,or if the number of items of clothing,linen etc.is insufficient,it will be procured by the school and the amount will be deducted from his pocket money.
